Is My Investment Protected?
Absolutely. If no other extended warranty options are purchased, you are still protected with our free "Standard 1 Year Parts & Labor Warranty." If extended protection is desired for your investment, Overdrive PC™ offers our "Platinum 1/2/3 Year Parts & Labor Warranty."
Standard 1 Year Parts & Labor Warranty - In the event of a system or component failure that cannot be resolved over the phone or by advance exchange, Overdrive PC™ will cover all associated parts, labor and return shipping required to restore your system to perfect working order. Our clients are only responsible for the safe return of their system to Overdrive PC™ in the originally shipped container and packing contents.
Platinum 1/2/3 Year Parts & Labor Warranty - This warranty covers all associated parts, labor and all associated shipping requirements to and from our client. This warranty also extends parts' and components' warranties beyond limited manufacturer warranties ensuring complete protection and surety for the duration of the protection option purchased.
Virus Protection! - All systems are delivered pre-equipped with Norton AntiVirus™, the industry leader in system virus protection.
How Long Does It Take To Build and Deliver My System?
Our average delivery time is currently estimated at 30 actual days. Custom painted systems require an additional two-week period to complete the laborious steps required by our special paint process.
What Technical Support Resources Are Available For My System?
We are available by phone & E-mail Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (EST) and also provide easy access to drivers, updates, utilities, documentation and other resources within our Support Section.
Do You Ship International?
We currently ship systems anywhere in the world.
Do You Offer In-House Financing?
At this time we currently do not offer in-house financing but have plans to do so in the future.

What is HyperClocking™?
OverClocking, or HyperClocking™ (as we refer to it) is the process of increasing the clock speed of a CPU or GPU higher than the originally intended speed set by the component manufacturer.
Why Does Overdrive PC™ HyperClock™?
We have dedicated considerable research to the "art" of HyperClocking™ our workstations to achieve performance levels far greater than "intended." We insure the highest possible speeds from each individual system component, while maintaining absolute stability and never sacrificing system life-span or reliability. HyperClocking™ adds a far greater "cost vs. performance" factor to our machines and in many cases we are ahead of current technology allowing for tomorrow's performance today.
Does HyperClocking™ Void My Overdrive PC™ Warranty?
Absolutely not. Our system setup process is a model of quality control and we have never had an Overdrive PC™ product returned as a result of a failed HyperClocked™ component. If a component fails within the warranty period of your Overdrive PC™ machine, we replace it, no questions asked. After several years of producing the fastest commercially available workstations, we have never lost a CPU or GPU to HyperClocking™, nor have we damaged any other system components in the process. "This is what we do."
What is Water Cooling?
Water Cooling is the replacement of traditional "air cooling" used for extracting heat from the CPU/GPU. In many cases Water Cooling is also beneficial in reducing system sound levels as it decreases the number of fans used.
Will a Water-Cooled Overdrive PC™ System Leak or Become Dangerous?
This is the most prevalent concern for clients that are new to the water cooled Overdrive PC™ workstations. The chances of a leak occurring in the plumbing system of our machines is virtually impossible. The hoses used to route the water through the system have been rated for pressure levels 10 times greater than that of the actual water pressure in the contained cooling unit. Outside of "unusual" cases where a sharp object has interacted with the hose through careless handling, there is essentially no chance of leaks occurring. If it is determined that faulty assembly was to blame for a leak in an Overdrive PC™ gaming machine, the full Overdrive PC™ warranty will apply to all component damage.
Are Water Cooled Overdrive PC™ Machines Difficult to Maintain?
Our water cooled workstations are as easy to maintain as anything else in the system. Once installed, the machines run quietly, reliably and require absolutely no maintenance other than insuring that the water cooling unit is pumping water rapidly through the system. Our water cooling systems are the highest quality and sport a protective and functional "fail safe" feature in the event of a cooling unit failure. The motherboards used in our products also monitor critical temperatures and will automatically power down the entire system in the event of excessive heat due to any kind of cooling failure.
